How Therapy works
If it’s helpful, we’ll start with a brief phone chat to talk about what brings you to therapy.
If you feel that you’d like to start therapy, then we’ll arrange an initial session in person or online.
We can talk through what you’d like support with, and I can explain the process.
You’re welcome to ask me any questions too. We can then decide if we’d like to go ahead.

Individual face-to-face sessions £60
Online sessions £55
I welcome insurance referrals and I am affiliated with:
AXA Health, AVIVA, WPA, Vitality, Allianz and Bupa.
